Combine: 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup oats
Cut in: 1/3 cup butter until mixture is coarse crumbs.
Toss 1 cup of the crumbs with 2 or 3 cubed sweet potatoes and 2 cups fresh cranberries. Put in a greased casserole dish and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
You need a good topping to sweet potato ratio.
